Welcome to Lawton Hall

The beloved Lawton Hall is a three-story building that houses 125 male residents and offers a unique combination of all class levels. Lawton offers suite-style rooms with two (2) residents per room. Each suite of eight (8) men share a bathroom, and each room features a loft-/bunk-able, mattress, closet, dresser, desk, and desk chair per person. Relax or read in the rocking chairs on the balconies that overlook the courtyard area. Barbecue at the grill or study at the picnic tables in the courtyard. Lawton Hall is conveniently located next to Watkins Hall, the largest academic building on campus, and directly behind the Rouse residence halls.

Full time, professional live-in staff oversee each residential living area and are responsible for promoting and maintaining a safe and robust living learning community in the residence halls.

Resident Advisors

Student Resident Advisors live in every residence hall and serve as a resource and support for students. RA’s intentionally get to know residents, host floor events, and assist in connecting residents to resources around campus.

A dedicated facilities and maintenance team serves each living area and residence hall.
